Can a third person stay?
Children under 10 stay free when sharing a room. One extra guest is possible in Grand, Deluxe and Classic for 150,000₫ per night; extra beds are not available. Clover Solo is for one guest only.
What time can I check in?
From 14:00 (check-out by 12:00). Reception is open 08:00–22:00; arriving later, let us know and we'll send self check-in instructions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 12 or more days before check-in for a full deposit refund, 7–11 days for 50%, under 7 days no refund. One date change is allowed with 12 days' notice.
Is it noisy?
Occasionally, from Bùi Viện walking street on weekend nights. Quiet hours in the house are 22:00–07:00, and every room has blackout curtains and air-con.
