01Check-in & reception

• —No receptionist is on-site outside reception hours. Arriving outside these hours? Let us know in advance and we'll send self check-in instructions.
• —All staying guests present valid ID for registration: Vietnamese guests a Citizen ID; international guests a valid passport and visa, if required.

02Children, extra guests & visitors

• —Children under 10 stay free when sharing a room.
• —Children aged 10 or over, or guests beyond the registered occupancy: 150,000₫ per person per night. Maximum one additional guest per room; no additional guests in Clover Solo rooms. Extra beds and mattresses are not available.
• —Quiet hours 22:00–07:00. Parties are not permitted in guest rooms.
• —Visitors must register and may only be received in the lobby, 08:00–22:00.

03Early check-in & late check-out

Early check-in and late check-out require prior confirmation and depend on availability.

04Cancellation & date changes

• —Cancelling after check-in: cancelled nights are charged at 80% of the booked rate; nights already stayed at 100%.
• —One date change is permitted with at least 12 days' notice, excluding public holidays and Tết. The new check-in must be within 60 days of the original, subject to availability and any rate difference.
• —Bookings made on Airbnb or other platforms follow that platform's confirmed booking terms.

05Property & guest care

• —When leaving, please lock the door and switch off unnecessary appliances. Keep your key card safe and your access code private.
• —Lost key card replacement: 200,000₫ per card.
• —Guests are responsible for damage or loss caused through their fault, based on reasonable actual repair or replacement costs. Before departure, please settle outstanding charges, return your key card and cooperate with the room inspection.

06Safety & house conduct

• —No smoking or cooking in bedrooms. Do not use materials that pose a fire risk or block emergency exits.
• —No pets or strong-smelling food in rooms. Please do not write or draw on walls.
• —Please do not change rooms, move furniture between rooms, or let others use your room without permission.
• —Drugs and prohibited substances, prostitution, illegal gambling, illegal weapons, flammable or explosive materials, fighting, violence, harassment, threats and other unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. Serious or repeated violations may end a stay, and unlawful activity is reported to the authorities.
